I don't like to make sweeping, generalised statements but...
Penangites Cannot Park!
There, I said it. I mean, I've been in KL for so many years and have seen so many idiotic drivers of all sorts. But four sightings in three consecutive days is a deplorable record, by any standard.
I regretted not taking pics of the first three I spotted (but I was too busy trying to find a decent spot to park to stop and do so). So here's the unlucky fourth, license plate and all...

But I've also seen a KL driver make a quick turn into a parking lot and eat up 1/4 of the adjacent space. And he just got out and went in the mall without nary an adjustment.
I'd say we're even.
Penangites shouldn't drive. Period. :P

Ooooh!!! Queensbay mall!! yesterday? You should've told me. I wouldn't hesitate in scratching his/her car even though I found a pretty decent parking yesterday :P
I would say bad drivers are every fucking where in this bloody nation. But having said that, Penang folks take the prize in being the most obnoxious and brainless.

Usually I dun mind but when there's NO parking space anymore...then thats when I get real pissed. Like leave a note and asked them if their granny taught them how to drive. Grrrrrrr
thompsonboy: it's useless doing it in penang because people here are so bloody kampung they wouldn't have a clue what you've written! So, I say save some trees (notepaper) and do the scratching instead. Instant gratification :P
